Shipping and returns

Shipping

As a general rule, orders are shipped within 24/48 hours of receipt of payment. Please refer to the table below for shipping times and rates:

Notes:

• The products purchased are delivered through a courier provider.
• Orders are shipped only on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Estimated delivery times apply to orders paid by credit / debit card before 1pm. Delivery times for orders paid by bank transfer may be longer as they require receipt of the deposit.
• No deliveries are made to PO boxes.
• The client will assume the postage, if any, that occurs as a result of a re-dispatch derived from an absence or a change of destination.
• Customs and taxes not included in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and destinations outside the U.E. To pay on arrival. Check the amount of taxation in each country.
• In periods with high volume of orders such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Returns

You have a period of 14 calendar days to return any product that you have purchased through our online store. This period of 14 calendar days counts from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be unopened, sealed if it were the case, in its original box and have all its accessories. The customer assumes both the cost of shipping to return the product and the cost of transporting from the company to the address of customer, regardless of whether the order had a free shipping offer. electricBricks has the deference of assuming free shipping if the order is completed, not in case of return. To request a return you must write to shop@electricbricks.com and indicate the order reference.

All of our products have an official 2-year manufacturer`s warranty.
